1. Parties and scope

Jérôme Natio, a French sole trader using the trading name Natio Connect, supplies the service. The customer confirms that the order is for professional purposes. Public plans are not offered to consumers.

These terms, the order summary, the Data Processing Agreement and any bespoke proposal form the contract. An express bespoke term prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Service and pricing

The standard service provides managed professional mailboxes on the customer’s domain, with 15 GB per mailbox, webmail, compatible protocols, antispam, antivirus, operator backup and standard support.

Every plan also includes creation and hosting of a standard mini-site with up to three pages — About, Services and Contact — using the copy, images, identity and details supplied by the customer. It uses a responsive Natio Connect template, HTTPS and a contact form delivered to a customer address. Hosting remains included while the related email subscription is active.

  • Solo: 1 mailbox, €7.90 excluding VAT per month;
  • Team: up to 5 mailboxes, €19.90 excluding VAT per month;
  • Organisation: up to 10 mailboxes, €34.90 excluding VAT per month.

Domain registration or renewal, substantial migration, archive restoration, bespoke branding, more than three pages, extra languages, online sales or booking and any other non-standard feature are excluded unless expressly stated. They are priced before commitment.

3. Request, validation and contract

The public form is a technical validation request, not a firm order, and no payment is taken. The contract is formed after the customer accepts the final summary, contractual documents and payment authorisation and Natio Connect confirms the order.

4. Domain and activation

The customer must hold the required rights to the domain and provide any DNS access or validation needed. A domain purchased with assistance is registered in the customer’s name wherever registry rules allow. Activation times start only when the necessary information, authorisations and payment have been received and are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Billing and recurring payment

Prices are in euros excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added according to the customer’s location and tax status. Monthly periods are billed in advance from activation. The customer authorises Stripe and Natio Connect to use the selected payment method for the stated recurring charges. Natio Connect never stores full card details.

A future price change is notified at least 30 days in advance. The customer may cancel before it takes effect. A failed payment may be retried; the service may be suspended after notice if payment remains due.

6. Late business payments

Late amounts accrue interest from the day after the due date at the latest European Central Bank refinancing rate plus ten percentage points. A statutory €40 recovery fee is also due, without prejudice to documented additional recovery costs.

7. Acceptable use

  • protect credentials and report compromise promptly;
  • do not use the service for spam, phishing, impersonation, unlawful content or infringement;
  • comply with rules applying to marketing, records and personal data;
  • keep billing and contact details accurate;
  • do not bypass technical limits or disrupt shared infrastructure.

8. Availability, backups and support

The service depends on third-party networks, registries and providers. Unless a separate service level is signed, Natio Connect does not guarantee a numerical uptime, 24/7 response or delivery of every message. Operator backups support continuity and are not a substitute for the customer’s legal archive or chosen backup.

9. Term, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly. The customer may cancel at any time using the method on the Refunds and cancellation page; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. A started period is not refunded pro rata except for duplicate billing, billing error, failure to activate attributable to Natio Connect or a mandatory legal rule. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to these B2B plans.

Mini-site hosting ends with the related subscription. The customer retains ownership of its domain and supplied content; Natio Connect’s standard template, components and generic tools are not transferred.

10. Data protection

Natio Connect is controller for account, order and billing data under its Privacy Policy. It acts as processor for customer-controlled mailbox content, mini-site enquiries and other service data under the Data Processing Agreement incorporated into the contract.

11. Liability

Each party is liable for direct and foreseeable loss caused by its breach. To the extent permitted by law, Natio Connect excludes indirect loss, loss of opportunity, reputational harm and data loss caused by the customer’s failure to maintain a required archive or backup.

Except for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, confidentiality breach or liability that cannot legally be limited, Natio Connect’s aggregate liability is capped at the net fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing law and contact

French law applies. The parties first seek an amicable solution; otherwise the competent courts are determined by ordinary legal rules. Contract notices may be sent to contact@natio.re or the postal address in the Legal notice.
