You open Stripe’s secure payment page and return automatically to Natio Connect. Your client account is created after payment is confirmed, without a temporary password sent by email.

Email is operated on OVHcloud infrastructure in France. Payment stays with Stripe. Natio Connect never asks for a password by email.

Your questions, answered.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes. If you already own one, we check its configuration. If not, we help you choose one and confirm the price before purchase. The domain is not included in the subscription.
Can I keep my current address?
Yes, when you own the domain. We can guide a straightforward migration; large volumes or legacy configurations are quoted separately before any work starts.
Where can I read my email?
In webmail, on iPhone or Android, and in IMAP-compatible apps such as Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird. We provide the relevant settings.
What does the included mini-site cover?
Three responsive pages — About, Services and Contact — with your content, business details, a contact form, HTTPS and hosting during the subscription. The domain, bespoke branding, extra pages and features such as online sales are quoted separately.
Am I locked in?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the current period. Cancellation and refund rules are available before ordering.
Why can’t I pay immediately?
A domain can be locked, misconfigured or controlled by a third party. The short check prevents us from charging for a service that cannot yet be activated.
Do I have to leave the website to pay?
The current journey opens a secure Stripe-hosted Checkout page and then brings you back to Natio Connect. This keeps card data away from our servers. An embedded version can be added later without weakening that protection.
When is my client account created?
After the domain and payment are confirmed. You then receive a secure one-time link to set up access; no empty account or temporary password is created for a simple enquiry.
